The intention of my work is to allow you to be seen and heard and walk alongside you in your journey to wellness. I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing workplace related burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, compassion fatigue, and trauma.

As a registered nurse with 15+ years in the field I have extensive experience understanding the struggles of a high pressure career.
