I am so glad you are here
The intention of my work is to allow you to be seen and heard while walking alongside you in your journey through mental health challenges, grief, loss, and trauma. Whether you are navigating personal struggles, workplace stress, or the emotional toll of caregiving, I provide a safe space to process your experiences and find healing.
With over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse, I specialize in supporting individuals, healthcare workers, first responders, funeral home directors, and organizations in managing the emotional impact of stress, loss, and trauma. My work extends beyond individual therapy to corporate support, workplace wellness, and trauma debriefing following critical incidents.
Let’s Connect
Join me for a 15 min Coffee Talk Session where we can discuss your most current needs and identify where we can start your journey to improved health and wellbeing. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
