EmpowerYou Program:

Welcome to EmpowerHER: Guiding Girls Through Life's Big Changes

EmpowerHER offers three empowering programs for girls aged 8-13, each designed to help them navigate adolescence with confidence. Our 6-week programs feature 60-minute sessions that blend activity-based learning, play therapy, and skill development in a fun and supportive environment.

Our Programs:

  1. Puberty and Emotion Regulation: Equip your daughter to handle the changes of puberty with confidence.

  2. Healthy Relationships, Boundaries, and Self-Awareness: Teach her how to build strong relationships and maintain a positive sense of self.

  3. Confidence Building, Self-Advocacy, and Growing Up: Empower her to advocate for herself and embrace growing up.

Each session combines psychoeducation with practical skills, delivered through engaging activities that make learning enjoyable. Plus, every week, parents receive information on the topics covered and talking points to support continued conversations at home.

At EmpowerHER, we’re committed to helping your daughter grow into a confident, self-aware young woman. Enroll today and give her the tools she needs to thrive
